We are a group of people that help others. We are not PayPal and we do not represent this company.

## We are here to help

Conversation with this community happened in one place: the Discord server. That is where questions about account limitations and AUP damages were answered, and where people compared what worked in their own jurisdiction.

## Before you write

Most questions are already answered on the site. Read the [FAQ](https://aupdamages.com/faq/) first, then open the page for the entity that holds your money: [United States](https://aupdamages.com/us/), [Europe](https://aupdamages.com/europe/), [Singapore](https://aupdamages.com/singapore/) or [local entities](https://aupdamages.com/local-entities/). Each one sets out the complaint route that applied in that jurisdiction.

## Are you a PayPal employee?

If you work at the company and want to give out information about it, there are established whistleblowing routes. For PayPal Europe that route runs through the CSSF, Luxembourg’s financial regulator, which supervises the European entity.
